 SME Hotel Team Manager

• Hours – Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm – 1 hr lunch (flexibility required dependent upon workloads)

Key Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed agreed sales and gross margin targets consistently.
• Manage, develop and maintain sales plans and processes within designated area of responsibility within business unit.
• Working closely with the SME Hotel Team Manager you will need to have experience in advising clients on introducing a broad range of services and products available from MICROS.
• Proven record of developing and understanding client business needs and how MICROS products and services may be best implemented.
• Prevention and management of customer escalations and complaints.
• 100% management of customer relationship – “ownership”. Committed to providing a high level of customer service and inspire colleagues to do likewise.
• Weekly and monthly reporting on sales
• To communicate with all nominated accounts on a regular basis, acting as a liaison between the client and MICROS Fidelio, maintaining a productive and professional relationship at all times, and acting as an ambassador for the company
• To encourage the client to use all MICROS Fidelio products installed to their full potential.
• To act as an interface between the client and MICROS Fidelio Support in all instances were assistance / escalation is required
• To introduce to the client, all new applicable products and strategic developments initiated by MICROS Fidelio and to maximise sales opportunities for the company as appropriate.
• To work with the client on their strategic initiatives to ensure that where possible MICROS Fidelio products are promoted to meet requirements.
• To be aware of the sensitivity of client business and details at all times and to maintain absolute confidentiality with regard to them.
• Complete all paperwork correctly and in a timely manner. Maintain all relevant administration systems.
• Ensure all sales contracts are completed fully and correctly with an attention to detail.
• Attend exhibitions and training as and when required.
• Strong IT skills - good knowledge of all MICROS systems and products in order to be able to competently and professionally demonstrate them to clients.
