Concept Golf System

This most comprehensive of software programs available, the Golf Course Management System, provides total control for golf courses & resorts.

The system enables simple and efficient control of tee-time reservations, membership & frequent player databases & over 150 reporting options.

The system links in with the CSS Shop/Reception system, which enables you to control green fee and hired items payments which can be integrated with the shop EPOS system to control sales in the course's Pro Shop.

Concept Membership System

This module has been designed to act as either a stand-alone Membership Billing & Management System or to operate with complete integration to the Concept Golf, Spa & Leisure, POS and Competition & Handicap Systems. Complete with detailed profiles, client/member history and accounting management for member billing.

Concept Prospect Marketing

This particular module has been designed to manage Pre-Membership Sales and Membership marketing, so as to increase sales productivity and efficiency.   It is able to monitor not only the activity of prospects and members, but also the activity of staff, replacing / assisting 3rd party sales software tools such as Act and Outlook and essentially becoming the diary for sales teams on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

One of the key parts of the software is the reports element. Whilst it is invaluable to be able to record prospect and member details, the system enables the extraction of information for both the local properties and corporate business use.  

Concept Shop EPOS & Back Office

The Concept EPOS software is able to act as a standalone product in its own right and also to be able to integrate to the Concept Golf Reservations Software, Clients and Membership Module and the Spa & Leisure system for the process of payments. The product, with detailed Stock Control & Inventory Management, is Touch Screen & Bar-Code compliant, making for quick and easy operation. This product is also able to post charges to Fidelio versions 6, 7 and Opera, for room charges and/or revenue postings.

Concept SPA & Leisure

The CSS Guest Services & Spa Software has been designed in association with several of Europe's premier leisure resorts and health clubs. This easy-to-use though comprehensive management solution is available for all the "bookable" facilities and activities at hotels, health spas & leisure venues.

Appointments can be booked quickly and efficiently as the system automatically finds available times and controls multiple services or qualified staff members where required. The program provides point-of-sale functions including high level stock control and management reports.

The product tracks all client information including service and retail history, staff notes and medical details. The system’s flexible databases enable a resort to provide every guest with an itinerary on their arrival defining what facilities have been booked for them.

Integration to Micros EPOS

The interface between MICROS EPOS and Concept exists for Membership Accounting enabling MICROS to query Member Accounts in the Membership module to verify whether the member/client has enough credit in order to make an account sale. If the reply from the membership module is that the client has sufficient credit, then MICROS is authorised to make a credit payment that is posted to the clients account. Member statements and A/R can then be managed from within the membership system.

Now on release is an interface from Concept Opera Resort Manager to the MICROS 9700 EPOS system.   This interface enables the Checkin /Checkout of activities (golf and spa) done on the 9700 as opposed to the Concept POS.   This interface enables a resort to utilize a single EPOS solution. The integration has now been extended to include an interface between the Concept Inventory System and the 9700.

Integration to Opera PMS

Hotel Guests Account Postings

    • Search on the hotel guest database by either name or room number
    • Confirmation of that enquiry.
    • Post item(s) to hotel guest’s room account

Revenue Posting

    • 9 sales itemisers, with up to 7 sales outlets
    • Breakdown of posting into sales and tax subtotals with individual postings to different department codes.

Opera OXI Integration

The Opera Profile Sharing Integration is available with Versions 2.5.2 of Opera PMS and above.   This enables the following:

  1. Profile Interchange – shared profiles between both Opera and Concept.
  2. Activity / Itinerary – all activity reservations displayed on the guests itinerary.   If room cancellations are made in Opera, the system flags if there are activities reserved.

Opera Activities Booking Wizard

The latest stage of the Opera Integration enables a reservations agent to book activities from within Opera itself.   The User Interface (UI) is initiated within Opera and enables an operator to query room availability, golf, spa, leisure and activities from within one application…
