Further to the recent acquisition of RedSky IT, through our parent company MICROS Systems Inc, MICROS-Fidelio will continue the commitment RedSky IT has had to the SME Marketplace.

Some of the current RedSky IT product portfolio will remain unchanged.We will however now be able to also offer this marketplace the choice of the extended MICROS-Fidelio product range, including MICROS EPOS, OPERA Property Management Solutions and the OPERA Activity Scheduler membership system.

The support team covering the RedSky IT product range will remain in the Hounslow office and will continue to specialise in supporting the systems dedicated to the SME sector as now, thus ensuring the absolute minimum of disruption to your service.
