InnTouch - Single Image Solution

Inntouch is an easy to use Windows® based solution. It extends the use of the internet to form an Intranet-based internal company network that unites information from property management systems (PMS), central reservations office (CRO) and the central customer database, into one single image.

Inntouch's single image allows centralisation of corporate sales and marketing data and provides support for reservations and rate optimisation. It eliminates the need for costly and often difficult interface development projects between CRO and PMS, meaning one united and integrated solution that negates the problem of synchronising data held at multiple locations.

The online nature of Inntouch means that the system is controlled by a central host computer with access from remote client computers.Guest history and sales and marketing data is stored centrally and is accessible on demand by any user, subject to security constraints, within the organisation. As soon as a guest has stayed with one property, his or her actual stay details are recorded and immediately available for targeted mailings and other marketing purposes. With Inntouch, a batch update process to a central customer database is a thing of the past.

With its comprehensive ability to configure and measure each installation, Inntouch also provides solutions for groups. These groups have a diverse range of property types from limited service lodges, to full service hotels and apartments.

Inntouch provides every location with access to up-to-date information meaning that every property within a group is able to sell the last room in another hotel with absolute certainty that their view of their inventory is accurate.With simple screens, easy to use drop down menus, and hyperlinks, training requirements at unit level are dramatically lower than for other PMS solutions. This means that hotel staff can spend more time with guests and less time worrying about database maintenance.
