Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Food Technologist to take the next step in your career.
We are looking for confident degree/HND qualified Food Technologists with industry experience to fill junior consultant roles. You will combine your technical knowledge, legislative understanding and product awareness to advise major supermarket retailers and product manufacturers.
Requirements:
- Food Technologist or a graduate working in QA/QC, Legal Compliance or Enforcement.
- Proven experience of the technical and legal requirements of the Food / Non Food Retail product market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail, first-rate literacy and numeracy skills.
- Structured approach to problem solving
- Comfortable with the manipulation of significant documentation.
You will be part of a small hard-working, flexible and self-motivated consultancy team who strive for success.
