Responsibilities:
RedSky IT supply products to Travel Industry. SABS stands for Search Availability Booking System, and is an internet product to book holidays and display availability from tour operators and link to Viewdata. We have two SABS departments :- Sabs Support, which is where our customers call us with problems queries re: this product, and our Sabs Development area is where our programmers add new enhancements and fix any coding issues. The role available is within the Support team, to provide technical support for our SABS product. You will also liase with our Development team with regard to any system enhancements required
Ideal candidate:
A self starter able to work well under pressure
Skills and qualifications:
2 years travel agency experience
Previous Viewdata experience
Good Customer Service experience
Internet knowledge, HTML, SQL,
Salary:
Salary TBC dependent upon experience.
Benefits are :- 20 days holiday, incrementing by 1 day per year to 25 days maximum.
A company pension scheme is available after a 6 month qualifying period
