To download user instructions on how to change the VAT rate in your MICROS-Fidelio systems for UK customers, please choose your product from the table below:
*Please note: For most products these changes MUST be made after the end of day has completed on 31st December 2009 but before trading begins on 1st January 2010. There are some products where changes can be made in advance. Please refer to the documentation for the details.
You will not be able to backdate the tax calculation.
